These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information. Please note nothing in these Terms restricts the participant's statutory rights as a consumer and if required advice can be obtained from a Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau for further information relating to these statutory rights. Your full donation of £1.50 (less any applicable standard card processing fees) will be made directly to the charity and they will appear as the merchant of record on your statement.
Donations made to Conservation International via this campaign will fund the restoration of forests around the world.
Eligibility
- This promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Wales and Scotland and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 or over, holding a valid Mastercard card, excluding employees and their immediate families of Mastercard (the “Promoter”), its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
- Donation necessary, mobile device and internet access is required to claim a prize.
- The whole promotion will run from 10:00 BST on 05/06/2025, closes 18:00 BST on 06/07/2025, inclusive (“Promotional Period”). All donations and entries received outside this Promotional Period will be invalid.
- To enter the promotion, cardholders must visit the Mastercard activation in the SOOO London at 245 Regent Street, London, W1B 2EN, during the Promotional Period and donate £1.50 to Conservation International to play the claw machine for the chance to grab a ball and win a prize.
- Donations must be received by 18:00 BST on 06/07/2025 (“Closing Date”) to have a turn to play the Mastercard claw machine to grab a prize ball. Not all turns played on the Mastercard claw machine are guaranteed a prize ball.
- There are “Everyday Wins” instant prizes to be won onsite, if a cardholder successfully grabs a ball containing an “Everyday Wins” instant prize, they need to take their winning prize ball to an onsite Store Associate to receive their prize.
- There are “Priceless Experience” prizes to be won, which will be fulfilled through Mastercard’s agencies: The Big Group Limited and Octagon Inc.
- If a cardholder successfully grabs a ball containing a Priceless Experience prize (as listed in clause 13), they must scan the QR code inside their ball, which will direct them to a landing page with information on how to fulfil their prize. Winners will need to complete their online claim form within 48 HOURS of their win, confirming their name, email address, phone number and their unique prize code found inside their ball. A Big Group representative, on behalf of Mastercard UK will contact the winner to verify their details and confirm their prize. Winners will need to provide a photo of their prize-winning ticket and confirm they are 18+ United Kingdom resident with a valid Mastercard card. The winner must also supply their name and the unique code of their prize to a store associate; to confirm they’ve won their prize.
- Maximum of 5x donations, and therefore 5x prizes per cardholder permitted during the Promotional Period.
- Privacy and Data Protection: By supplying your details to accept your prize, you understand and agree that you are providing information to Mastercard. For more information about how Mastercard will 18:00 BSTn if you take part in this campaign and win a prize, please see the Campaign Privacy Notice, which also has links to the privacy notices of Event Organiser(s) and Venue(s) involved in the fulfilment of prizes. You agree to share the Campaign Privacy Notice with any individuals whose personal information you provide to us for the purpose of prize delivery and fulfilment
Prizes and Fulfilment
- The Promotional Period consists of 5 (five) sub-periods, as listed below:
- Promotional Period 1 (“PP1") – 10:00 BST on 05/06/2025 to 18:00 BST on 08/06/2025
- Promotional Period 2 (“PP2") – 10:00 BST on 09/06/2025 to 18:00 BST on 15/06/2025
- Promotional Period 3 (“PP3") – 10:00 BST on 16/06/2025 to 18:00 BST on 22/06/2025
- Promotional Period 4 (“PP4") – 10:00 BST on 23/06/2025 to 18:00 BST on 29/06/2025

- During the Promotional Period there will be a minimum of 1,010 Everyday Wins prizes available to be won, as per below:

- Transport is not included in any of the prize packages. The prize(s) are as stated and nothing else is included.
- The winner(s) and guest(s) (if applicable) are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of their prize. All other costs and expenses incurred are the winner’s and guest’s own.
- The prize(s) are date and event specific. Entrants should ensure that they are available during the event periods in case they are the winner. Failure to be able to attend will result in their prize being forfeit and the Promoter will add the prize back into the Mastercard claw machine. If an alternate winner cannot be awarded prior to the event date, the Promoter will dispose of the prize without liability to any winner.
- Prize package(s) are as stated and nothing else is included. There is no cash or other alternative for the prize in whole or in part except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, or part of the prize, with one of equal or greater value at the choosing and discretion of the Promoter.
- The winner(s) will have 72 hours from first being contacted to accept their prize by following the instructions provided in the winning email notification, confirming they are 18+ UK residents, and have a valid Mastercard card. Failure to do this, or if the winner is ineligible, is unavailable to travel on the given event date or rejects their prize, will result in the prize being forfeited and the prize will be put back into the claw machine, and will be available for the Promotional Period listed in clause 11 above.
- The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Once the winner has accepted their prize by following the instructions provided in the winning email notification and the completion of any verification process, Mastercard’s agency Big Group Limited will provide further information on their prize fulfilment. - The winner’s full name, email address and full name of their guest (if applicable) will also be shared with Mastercard’s agencies, The Big Group Limited and Octagon Inc, as well the specific event organiser of the winner’s prize package (list of event organisers are listed in clause 28). - If fulfilment or any element of this promotion will be delayed or affected due to government restrictions and/or those outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.
- Failure to comply with all of the above may result in a prize being forfeited and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion award the prize to an alternative winner at Mastercard’s discretion without liability to the original winner. The decision of the Promoter is final.
Other Important Information – General
- Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s donations will be all disqualified and any prize award will be void.
- Prize winners who do not give correct details or those who make a false prize acceptance on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Any prizes where the winner(s) have been disqualified or who are not eligible, will be put back into the claw machine, and will be available for the promotional period listed in clauses 12 and 13 above.
- Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of the website. The Promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to website.
- Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or invalid entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- Prize packages (and associated tickets) are personal to the winner and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of any of the prize packages is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace). The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.
- Any ticket holder who is not acting in adherence with venue regulations or these Terms and Conditions will be ejected from the Venue and will forfeit their right for re-entry. The Event Organiser and/or Venue management reserve the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances.
Other Important Information – Mastercard prepaid card
- Winners of Mastercard prepaid cards will need to provide their UK postal address and date of birth for the fulfilment of their prize.
- The Mastercard prepaid card will be shipped to the postal address provided within 14 working days of the winner confirming the details.
Other Important Information – Taste of London Festival 2025
- The prizes are date and event specific. The winners and their guests must be available to be in London (Regents Park) between on 21/06/2025. Failure to be able to attend will result in their prize being forfeit and the Promoter will award their prize to an alternate winner. If an alternate winner cannot be found prior to the event date, the Promoter will dispose of the prize without liability to any winner.
- Winners will receive their digital tickets within three days of the event to the email address provided upon prize claim.
- The VIP entry tickets include the following:
- Fast track entry to Taste of London festival on the specific entry date of ticket purchased
- 1x signature dish voucher to be used at any of the restaurants onsite
- 1x St Germain Hugo Spritz cocktail made with St Germain Elderflower Liqueur or a non-alcoholic beverage
- Winner(s) and their guest(s) acknowledge and agree that they are subject to the full Terms and Conditions of the tickets, which can be viewed at: Taste of London: Ticket Terms and Conditions. Any ticket holder who is not acting in adherence with venue regulations or these Terms and Conditions will be ejected from the Venue and will forfeit their right for re-entry. The Event Organiser and/or Venue management reserve the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances.
- The Venue management may ask for proof of ID before serving alcohol, at the event if you look under the age of 25 (or any other applicable age per the jurisdiction). Failure to present valid ID may result in the refusal of alcoholic beverages being served or being offered a modified version of the Experience (e.g. not receiving a beverage or being offered a non-alcoholic alternative.
- To redeem the St Germain Hugo Spritz, the winner will be sent a QR code during the prize fulfilment process. This QR code can be shown at the St Germain activation on site to redeem the cocktail.
Other Important Information – The BRIT Awards 2026 with Mastercard
- The prize is date and event specific. The date and location for The BRIT Awards 2026 with Mastercard is yet to be announced. Failure to be able to attend will result in the winner’s prize being forfeit.
- Digital tickets will be sent to the winner one week before the event. The tickets are personal to the winner and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace). The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.
- Winner(s) and their guest acknowledge and agree that they are subject to the full Terms and Conditions of the tickets, which can be viewed at www.brits.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time and may include the requirement for ticket holders to present valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) and/or other forms of identification (such as a debit or credit card) as may be requested at the Venue, upon entry to the Event to ensure that the ticket holder is the same as the person named on their ticket. Failure to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the Event.
- Winner and their guest acknowledge and agree that they are subject to the full terms and conditions of the Venue, which will be shared with the winner once the Venue is confirmed. The Venue reserves the right to remove any person or refuse any person entry to The BRIT Awards 2026 with Mastercard regardless of whether they have a valid ticket in case of any breach of the Venue Terms and Conditions. No money shall be refunded if a ticket is declared void or if a ticket holder is refused admission or is removed from the Event because of a breach of the Ticket Terms and Conditions or breach of the Venue Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter, its agents and BRIT Awards Limited do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting a prize or any element of a prize. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents and BRIT Awards Limited are not liable or responsible for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property arising from or caused by the weather, acts of God, war, accident, pandemic or epidemic and any related government action or any other government restrictions or regulations, or from an act or omission of any individual or condition beyond its control.
- Promoter will contact the winners as soon as possible in case the delivery of any of the prize elements is delayed or is not able to be delivered for any reason whatsoever.
- The winner(s) and their guest take part in the prize at their own risk and to the fullest extent allowed by law The Promoter will have no liability in relation to the conduct of the winner(s) or their guest, nor in connection with any circumstances outside its control with respect to the prize once delivered to a winner. The winner(s) are subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of any and all third parties involved in the fulfilment of the prize. Any Terms and Conditions applicable to the prizes have been provided to the fullest extent possible.
- The winner(s) full name, contact number and email address will be shared with Mastercard’s service provider The Big Group Limited and BRIT Awards Limited for the purposes of fulfilling the prize. Other Important Information – LW Theatres
- The winner will receive 1x £300 gift voucher for LW Theatres, to spend on a performance of their choice at one of the following LW Theatres: Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Gillian Lynne Theatre, Cambridge Theatre, Adelphi Theatre, His Majesty’s Theatre or The London Palladium.
- Tickets and performances will be subject to availability.
- Winners will receive the voucher within seven (7) days of them confirming all their details necessary for prize fulfilment.
Other Important Information – Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025
- The prizes are date and event specific. The winners and their guests must be available to be in Chichester, West Sussex on a date between 11/07/2025 to 13/07/2025. Failure to be able to attend will result in their prize being forfeit and the Promoter will award their prize to an alternate winner. If an alternate winner cannot be found prior to the event date, the Promoter will dispose of the prize without liability to any winner.
- The winners can choose their date of attendance and tickets will be shared as digital tickets ahead of the Event.
- Winner(s) and their guest acknowledge and agree that they are subject to the full Terms and Conditions of the tickets, which can be viewed at https://www.goodwood.com/legal/terms-and-conditions/. Any ticket holder who is not acting in adherence with venue regulations or these Terms and Conditions will be ejected from the Venue and will forfeit their right for re-entry. The Event Organiser and/or Venue management reserve the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances.
Other Important Information – Ticketmaster voucher
- The prize will be provided as an e-gift card, within one week of the winner confirming acceptance of the prize and verifying all their details. There is no expiry date for the e-gift card.

- The winner(s) are subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of any and all third parties involved in the fulfilment of the prize. Any Terms and Conditions applicable to the prizes have been provided to the fullest extent possible.
General
- Personal information provided in connection with this campaign will be handled in accordance with the Campaign Privacy Notice, which also includes links to the Event Organiser(s) and Venue(s) privacy policies. Any additional personal information collected directly by the Event Organiser(s) or the Venue(s) will be subject to their own privacy policies.
- The Promoter will make available the surnames and county of residence of Priceless Experience winners upon request by emailing mastercard.promotions@biggroup.co.uk, within 3 months after the Closing Date of this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting mastercard.promotions@biggroup.co.uk. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so to indicate that a valid prize award took place. - It is the responsibility of each winner to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and accepting their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or prize fulfilment.
- Sale, transfer or exchange of any part of the prize is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any part of the prize will result in the prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the prize will be declared null and void.
- The Promoter will not be held responsible for the winner and/or their guest (if applicable) not taking advantage of their prize due to health or any other reason.
- The prize must be taken by the winner unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter
- Any tax liability arising from receipt of the prize will be the responsibility of the recipient.
- The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained not arising from any person’s negligence in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner including but not limited to asking for proof of address and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
- If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by relevant local law with any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
- The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose. You acknowledge that the Promoter will pass such information to its third-party agencies, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.
