Management Associates Programme (MBA)
Mastercard’s Management Associate Programme is a Global General Management Programme accelerating successful MBA graduates into fast track careers. The programme is rotational with three placement opportunities for six months each across businesses and regions. Examples of the rotations include:
Creating new economic models for business development in Europe
Developing a strategy for safety and security products in North America
Implementing marketing strategies for new products in the U.S. and globally
Creating innovative solutions for the underbanked in Africa
After 18 months in roles that offer leadership development and address business needs, the goal is to place associates in one of the following tracks:
Operations & Technology
Full-time, second year MBA candidates with 4-6 years of previous work experience
Academic excellence and an interest in a general management rotational programme
Openness to diverse functional and geographic assignments
Strong evidence of leadership potential
Excellent communication skills and executive presence
Ability to create and present persuasive analysis
Comfort with ambiguity
