The BRIT Awards 2012 with MasterCard was an incredible success with stunning performances from some of the biggest names in the music industry. It also confirmed MasterCard's position as one of the longest-running music award sponsors in the UK – no surprise after a 14-year headline partnership.
The Show was spectacular, with performances from iconic stars. Artists like Florence and the Machine and Bruno Mars wowed the crowd with recent hits, while Blur's emotional return to The BRIT Awards saw them collect the Outstanding Contribution to Music Award. Further winners included Ed Sheeran as British Breakthrough Act and Best British Male, while Adele took home Best British Female as well as the prestigious MasterCard Album of the Year award.
It all took place on 21st February 2012 at the magnificent O2 Arena in London.
